The 3,400‑SF Smith‑Hutson Auditorium renovation at Sam Houston State University will convert the stepped lecture hall into a level‑floor environment for the College of Business Financial Center. A new structural platform will create space for a trading‑floor classroom, offices, a conference room, collaboration zones, and storage beneath the floor. The design focuses on constructability, adaptability, and responsiveness to SHSU’s academic and technological requirements.
