Service Building Expansion & Emery Air Cargo

Architectural services were provided for two major capital improvements at Tampa International Airport: the Service Building Expansion and the Emery Air Cargo Building. The expansion reorganized and relocated key Aviation Authority functions into new second‑floor facilities, supporting phased renovations of first‑floor spaces and improving overall operational efficiency. The Emery Air Cargo Building enhanced cargo processing with modern loading areas, secure handling zones, and optimized circulation, strengthening the airport’s infrastructure and long‑term development strategy.
