Jaguar Suites Student Housing

Jaguar Suites is the University of Houston–Victoria’s first ground‑up student housing facility—an 87,000‑SF, three‑level residence hall with 216 beds in fifty‑four four‑bedroom suites. The project includes a secured 250‑space parking lot and a 5,000‑SF community learning center with classrooms, study areas, a lounge, fitness room, and computer lab. Pedestrian‑focused site planning separates pathways from vehicular routes and connects Jaguar Hall, Jaguar Suites, and parking areas. A central courtyard provides outdoor recreation with a pool and volleyball courts, while the architecture blends Victoria’s small‑town character with a contemporary campus identity.
