3200 Main Central Campus Student Services & Police Facility

A former parking‑garage space was converted into Houston City College’s new 25,000‑SF Student Services and Police Facility, creating a fully conditioned environment for Veterans Affairs, International Students, the HCC Police Department, offices, and meeting rooms. The transformation required insulated windows, new insulation, a new slab, and waterproofing at the second‑floor deck. Contemporary finishes and furnishings establish a professional, welcoming setting that strengthens the college’s ability to serve its diverse student population.
