3100 Main Central Campus Renovations & Additions

Key administrative and public areas at Houston City College’s 3100 Main Central Campus were renovated to modernize interiors and improve accessibility. Upgrades refreshed the skybridge and lobby spaces, redesigned the second‑floor elevator lobby with new ceilings, lighting, and signage, and updated elevator cabs. Prefunction areas received new ceilings, lighting, and carpet, while restrooms were fully renovated to meet ADA standards. Modernized HVAC systems further enhanced comfort, creating a cohesive, efficient environment that better supports campus operations.
