The redevelopment of Mansfield ISD’s 6th Street Transportation Facility, delivered under the 2024 Bond Program, introduces a new 15,000‑square‑foot administrative building and an 11,000‑square‑foot maintenance facility with a six‑bay bus shop, wash bay, and support spaces. Site improvements include expanded parking for cars, buses, and fleet vehicles, new fueling stations, upgraded lighting, and enhanced fencing. Construction is phased to maintain uninterrupted transportation services.
