Southeast Campus Workforce Building Level 3 Renovation

The build‑out of a 22,000‑SF shell space on Level 3 of HCC’s Southeast Academic Building introduced classrooms, labs, office suites, and lecture areas supporting multiple workforce programs. The project added a 950‑SF corrosion lab with a 274‑SF prep room, two HVAC classrooms for practical training, and two materials testing labs—960 SF and 1,230 SF—with full safety and utility systems, including a photo imaging dark room in the larger lab. The renovation delivers a contemporary, cohesive environment that expands technical instructional capacity across the campus.
