Smith & Company Architects was selected to provide architectural services as part of the Alief ISD 2021 Bond Referendum. We worked on the new design for renovations in the following libraries:
PHASE I:
Cummings Elementary School
Klentzman Intermediate School
Petrosky Elementary School Library Enclosures
PHASE II:
Collins Elementary School
Miller Intermediate School
Chancellor Elementary School Library Enclosures
Owens Intermediate School
The focus of the renovation was to create a secure enclosure, while providing transparency and acoustic solutions for the students and staff of each library. Updates in furniture, finishes and lighting were provided with each school’s individual needs in mind.
