(2 ADA Parking Spaces). This development is located on 8th Avenue N intersecting Texas City’s historic 6th Street N and is owned by The Texas City Housing Authority.
Lantana Pointe will be using a mix of Federal and local leveraged funding. This project will fall under the design and construction guidelines of the Texas City Center Business District zone E1.
