Smith & Company is currently working with the Houston Housing Authority on the Kelly Village II Townhomes. This is the second phase of Kelly Village, one of the agency’s earliest properties, located in Houston’s historic Fifth Ward community. The new development will front Lyons Ave and be bound by Benson St., New Orleans St., and Worms St.
Currently plans are for the site to house approximately 31-three level living units consisting of 1-bedroom,
2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom townhomes, all with private parking garages. Located across from a large senior living facility and adjacent to single family homes, HHA also has plans to build a community park on the same site for the community at large.
