Harrell Hall Dormitory & Buzbee Leadership Learning Center

Texas A&M University revitalized two Corps facilities on the historic Quadrangle with the construction of the four‑story, 17,877‑SF Buzbee Leadership Learning Center and the complete renovation of the 224‑bed Harrell Hall dormitory. Harrell Hall’s 34,700‑SF residence hall was rebuilt with new dorm rooms and updated communal spaces, preserving Corps identity while meeting modern standards. The Leadership Learning Center adds lounges, study rooms, computer labs, offices, and cadet training areas, all accessible from dorm floors. ADA‑compliant circulation is provided through new stair towers and an electric elevator, creating contemporary, interconnected spaces that enhance Corps life and leadership programming.
