Felix Fraga Academic Campus Level 3 Renovation

A 23,100‑SF shell space on Level 3 of the Felix Fraga Academic Building was built out to create new classrooms, labs, lecture spaces, library resources, a computer lab, an e‑library, a mothers’ room, and a lecture hall. Biology and chemistry labs were designed as 1,100‑SF teaching spaces with full safety and utility systems, supported by a 660‑SF sample prep room. The renovation delivers a cohesive, contemporary academic environment that expands instructional capacity for workforce and academic programs.
