The 162,597‑SF, seven‑story Telephone Road Elderly Apartments were fully renovated for the Houston Housing Authority, modernizing all 200 units and common areas after the building was vacated for remediation. Upgrades included new MEP systems, roof replacement, elevator and site improvements, a new entry canopy, updated signage, and enhanced life‑safety systems with sprinklers and a new fire alarm. The project restores the community as a safe, accessible, and service‑oriented home for elderly residents.
