Northline Transit Center & Parking Garage

The proposed Northline Transit Center, designed in collaboration with ARUP, replaces the existing facility with a multi‑modal hub connecting light rail, bus service, commuter parking, and bicycle amenities. The project adds a three‑level parking structure, improved pedestrian circulation, climate‑controlled waiting areas, and upgraded site features such as widened sidewalks, shade trees, and stormwater detention. Brick, stainless‑steel, and glass elements—paired with curved roofs and canopies—establish a contemporary architectural identity that complements the adjacent HCC campus and supports future transit‑oriented development.
