Lacy Hall Dormitory Renovation
Texas A&M University · College Station, Texas
The 34,700‑SF, 220‑bed Lacy Hall at Texas A&M University was fully renovated as part of the Corps dormitory renewal program. The four‑story building was completely gutted and rebuilt with new dorm rooms, refreshed restroom and shower facilities, and redesigned corridors, plus a new stair tower providing direct access to the Buzbee Leadership Learning Center. MEP improvements introduced new air‑conditioning systems connected to campus plants, upgraded exhaust and sprinkler risers, updated electrical infrastructure, and modern lighting, receptacles, and fire alarm devices.
